The User Profile page is where MarginDriver users enter vital information about their business identity, contact details and billing information.
User Profile
Company Name
The name of the legal entity of the business that is registered as a MarginDriver user. This should not be the name of a particular sales channel or brand name, but the name of the parent entity that operates all sales channels.
First Name/Last Name/Title
Name and official title of the primary individual contact person employed by the MarginDriver user company. This individual should be authorized to initiate and suspend the MarginDriver service and facilitate all payments to MarginDriver.
Email Address
Valid business email address of the primary individual contact person employed by the MarginDriver user company. This email address will be used by MarginDriver to contact the user regarding service updates/notifications and payment issues.
Phone Number
Valid business phone number of the primary individual contact person employed by the MarginDriver user company.
Business Website (optional)
URL of the MarginDriver user company's parent operation.
Time Zone
This determines the date and time cutoffs for your orders and their display on the Dashboard and various MarginDriver reports. This choice determines the time zone for all channels and all orders.
Display Currency
The currency you choose here will be the currency used for all of your MarginDriver results. If you have sales channels that accept payments in other currencies, those currencies will be converted to the display currency. Please be sure to set the correct currency for each of your sales channels on the Sales Channels and Integrations page.
Billing
MarginDriver bills users on the 5th of each month based on the prior month's usage (total number of orders). MarginDriver will charge the monthly subscription fee to the credit card you keep on file here. Please make sure that your payment method and billing address are kept valid and up to date.
Invoicing
You can view your complete history of invoices and their payment status here. Click on the invoice number link view the full invoice.
